Instructions:-

  • Fees counter shall remain open on all working days between 08:30am to 01:30pm only.
  • All payments either cash or cheque should be paid on or before 10th day of every month, failing which a fine of Rs 10/- per day will be charged.
  • Submission of Yearly Charges in the school fee can be done in 4 (Four) instalments during April, June, July & August month, failing to pay the instalments on time will invoke a fine / late fee charges.
  • All cheques should be crossed and payable to “The Principal, Kamla Nehru Hr. Sec. School, Bhopal”. In case of cheque dishonour / bounce due to any reason Rs. 500/- will be charged as penalty and legal action could be taken.
  • If fees not paid as per Fees Book schedule for 2 months, child’s name will be automatically struck off and Re-Admission Fees would be charged.
  • Bus Fees according to Area and Distance – 600, 700, 850, 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300, 1500 & 1600.
  • Bus Fees is payable for 10 months (compulsory) and should be paid on or before 10th day of every month, failing which a fine of Rs 10/- per day will be charged.
  • It is mandatory to clear dues before every examm and “No Dues Certificate” is compulsory before every exam.
  • Annual Cultural / Sports fee has to be paid separately 2 (two) months before the event date. The amount is decided every year as per the scale of the function or event.
  • Fee for Scout & Guide / NCC / Red Cross has to be paid separately every year.
  • Any competition or educational tour charge has to be paid extra as per the budget of the tour.
  • The school fees is decided every year as per the guidelines laid down by the State Government and CBSE.
